Moulded cleat patterns that grip bulk material on steep inclines

Chevron belts carry the cleats moulded directly into the top cover during vulcanization. The pattern grips the material, so a conveyor that would normally be limited to around 16 to 18 degrees can run comfortably at 30 to 40 degrees depending on the material.
Because the belt is a standard fabric carcass with a patterned cover, it runs on conventional idlers and pulleys and can be cleaned with standard scrapers. It is the cheapest way to gain incline when sidewalls are not needed.

Gains incline without the cost of sidewall construction.
No special idlers or pulleys required.
Works with conventional primary and secondary scrapers.
Moulded during vulcanization so cleats will not peel off.
